Pivot Screw Loosening? Try Plumber's Tape!

I've been having some trouble with my Dragonfly 2's pivot screw loosening but I really wanted to avoid using loctite. I was also hoping to find something to put on my other pivot screws so that I could set that perfect tightness and know that it was going to stay exactly where I put it.

I had read about plumber's tape (also referred to as Teflon tape or thread tape) so I thought I'd give it a try. I'm not a particularly handy guy and had never heard of it before.

It's great! It's a little finicky to get onto the screw but once it's there and you tighten the pivot again you're in serious business. Very confidence inspiring. It's actually not adhesive, but instead likes to stick to itself and is really stretch so you kind of just stretch it around the threads and it stays.

Anyway, just wanted to share. If you have any pivot issues and want a loctite alternative then definitely check it out!
