Pivot Tool for USA Schrade Outbacks and Gerber Gators??

Hey Folks ,
I asked this question in the Schrade Collectors Forum and have yet to get an answer.
So here I am. USA made Schrade Outbacks(SG7,SG7S,SG8) and some Gerber Gators have
a double hole pivot screw and I can't find a tool that fits the darn thing.Can anybody help me
out? Please!!

I have adjusted my old Gerber Gator with some straight circlip pliers, they work a treat !
 
Thank you. With your help I found a Channel Lock #927 snap ring pliers at Lowes that work great.

You can also take two small drill bits that fit as close as you can get them. Place the chuck ends in the holes. Hold them as near vertical as you can and grab them with a pair of vice grips. Temporary redneck pivot tool lol. Not the best solution but it works......
 
Ive been wondering of it is feasible to replace the rubber with anything else. Though i cannot say there is anything wrong with it as is. I sanded off the bead blast and just sort of thought it wouldd looked nicer with cleaner handles. Im not sure i have the tools to take it apart but am going to take a look around at work later today just for future reference.
