Tomes now sold. Shadley still available...

Next up is a lovely fileworked Titanium slipjoint by Eugene Shadley.

This knife is again 2 15/16" closed and the perfecly centered ATS-34 blade is 2 3/8". The all Ti construction makes this knife very light and very thin, a joy to carry...

I'm looking for Now SPF for this one, again to include insured shipping and PP fees.

Perfect grinds and lovely walk and talk on both these beauties.

I have owned both knives from new and neither have been used carried or sharpened.

Thanks for looking :)

Can you give me an idea of "pull" for both of these knives? #1 -10: #10 being total nail breaker...

Thanx,
Mike

I'd say the Tomes would rate 5 on the pullometer, about the same as a standard SAK.

The Shadley is a little stronger i'd give it a 7.

Both knives open easily enough, the Shadley snaps open with some authority where the Tomes is a more gentlemanly affair.

Hope that helps. Thanks for your interest.

Neil:

I've changed my mind and I'm going to back out. Sorry for the hassle. Got caught up in how cool that thing is, but I really need something a little different right now.

BTW, for anyone who hasn't dealt with Neil before, he's top notch, A+, as good as it gets. I've owned a few Shadley knives and they, also, are as good as they come. Up to par with ANY maker out there.

Okay folks, i'm looking for a nice Ray Cover slipjoint. Anybody wanna trade / part trade against one of these beauties?

Back up with another price drop on the Tomes to $*** . That is at least *** below cost from maker. Price includes fees and shipping.
