Place in Tokyo to buy Hitachi White or Blue?

I'm going to be in Tokyo next week. Does anyone happen to know where I could buy a small quantity (maybe 50 - 100 lbs) of Hitachi White and/or Blue?
 
Your best bet would be finding a local blacksmith or bladesmith shop and ask for a source. That's what I would think anyway. Shouldn't be too hard
 
If you make it over to Kyoto, I can offer some suggestions. I don't know any bladesmiths in Tokyo. Came across this site: http://www.teruyasu.jp/en/
but he's closer to Yokohama than Tokyo. Don't know if you can buy steel from him.
Usually the smiths here have to cooperate and buy together in bulk, no way to get it directly from Hitachi Metals that I know of.
 
Sounds like it certainly would be a lot easier to order it from one of those places Stacy gave. Frank
 
Those places only have blue #2 and white #2. Not the best of the bunch. Being in Japan you can hunt down blue super or white #1
