This is an Emerson Raven I've modified.... in PhotoShop.. 8-)

Has something like this, or something similar, ever been made? 8-)
 
It's an interesting concept, alright...

The only question I have, is:

What keeps that front section from slipping open in your pocket? It seems like it'd be able to open up at least an inch or two, which might be a nasty surprise if you went to sit down or to draw it!

Other than that, it might be interesting to see a "Pocket Short Sword" in execution...heck, if it works, I might just try one m'self. I'm prone to the bizarre stuff, as it were...
