The Chinook was one of my favorite knives of all time. I'd love to see another edition.

Color me interested, for sure. I'm hot and cold on the chinook aesthetics. With the right combination of features from the different past versions, this one would be hard to resist.

I've got a plain blade Chinook 2 that I bought in 2005. I had no idea that there was ever a combo blade version of the knife. If the new Chinooks include a combo blade version or, even better, a fully serrated blade version I may just have to pick one up.[ I guess it's too much to hope for an XL model in the size range of the Szabo or Tatanka.]

Love my Chinook, one of my most treasured possessions, thank you Mr Glesser. My knife is plain edge with full flat S30v loveliness. The jimping on the thumb ramp is sublime. Bought it NIB from the UK knife forum. That upswept tip........
