PLEASE don't post Issues and probems Here

Issue threads are helpful. Ignore them if you don't like them. So far the issue topics I've read have been legitimate and not trolling attempts.

I don't see an issue with issue threads.
Agreed. Sometimes they are very helpful in resolving minor issues no matter what the brand. I personally like it when the OP follows up with the outcome of the issue especially if the knife is sent back to the manufacturer for service. The my 2 cents anyway.

Well after reading all the posts, there are a lot of things I had not thought of, some very good points were made. I guess if someone posts a malicious post, let's get um. Ha Ha, I just want a positive place and when I come here and all that's here seems to be negative crud that bothers me and I am not a mod or anything, so it was more a request from one kershawholic to another, let's just keep it as positive as we can, how about that.

I also think things need to be as positive as possible. Members helping other members, Kershaw reps showing their customer service in public, and constructive criticism are all positive points to an open forum. Yes there are people who are angry that will come to blow off steam, but I've seen many many times in my short time here that these threads are addressed very quickly with all the right kinds of answers, whether it's a quick fix or that contacting CS is the absolute best way to fix the problem.

You're also a great asset to this forum, you offer expertise (for free I might add) that many other members can't. I definitely want to thank you for being a key part of this forum as a whole and someone who truly is a "knife nut".
