PLEASE HELP! 25 pivot screw FIXED!!

THIS THREAD IS LIKE THE GAME TELEPHONE! NOWHERE AT ANY TIME DID I SAY THAT CRK WANTED TO INSPECT MY KNIFE, THEY SIMPLY SAID THAT IF I WANTED A NEW PIVOT I HAD TO SEND MY KNIFE IN. After getting to speak with someone else, i was told that for $20.50 they would make an exception for me. problem solved, I will post a pic of the knife when i get the pivot in a couple days

They probably just want to inspect your knife because...

Dang I can't keep typing with a straight face. :p

I can understand your frustration in trying to get a simple screw you are willing to pay for.
The situation is much better than if you put some ugly, DIY hardware-store screw in the CRK. That would just be wrong.
 
Fixed!! Got the pivot set 15 minutes ago, couldn't be happier. This knife us smooth as glass. Damn those finger smudges on the blade
