Dont get an assisted knife. A good flipper will feel assisted and be super smooth. My recommendation is the kizer sealion. I picked one up here on the exchange a few weeks back for a great price and I'm super impressed with it. Great action, perfect detent, very smooth and something about the looks of it just does it for me. Most places sell it for $175ish but I did find a dealer online that had it for like $130. For $130ish i think it's a fantastic knife, definitely shop around if you pick it.
