You have many options. I'd recommend any of the following:

Spyderco: Native, Mini-Manix, Delica, Endura, Police
Benchmade: Ares, 710/705, 740/745
Seki-Cut: Bob Lum Encounter (small or large)
 
sherlock, I would but once Foxhole informed me Wal-Mart carried the Native it kind of turned me off.

Why? You don't have to buy a Native there. Even better, you should go there, handle one to see if the ergos are right for you, and then order online.

Don't let such the fact Wal-Mart sells the Native turn you off to it. It's one of the most popular knives for EDC, for good reason.
 
Alright guys I found a couple higher end Spyderco's that I like: The Manix and the Para Military - Any recommendations as far as that goes?

P.S. Sorry for being such a noob!

Benchmade Sequel, Aluminum w/G10 Inlay Handle
Benchmade Apparition, Molded Scale Handle (They say something about "injected rod"?)
Benchmade Presidio Tanto
