I've had some time on my hands lately, so I've embraced a lot of the recent ideas being discussed surrounding custom scales, scale modifications and blade treating. So, I took my Kershaw Volt SS apart and went to work on experimenting with some "enhancements." The problem now, though, is that I can't figure out how to get it all put back together; I never would have guessed there are actually so many components to that rather plain assisted knife.

Can anybody point me to a resource for getting that Volt SS back together again? (YouTube was surprisingly no help.)

I'm guess I'm just an "Assisted Blade User With a Fixed Blade Brain."

Thanks!

Try another YouTube or google search for assembly/disassembly videos of other knives with Speed Safe. Might find one with similar internals.

Aso search for de-assisting Speed Safe as the assembly process will be there too.
