Thanks for the link. I just bought a Lahar, found one for $54 shipped. I will let everyone know how it goes.

good choice. i def prefer my Lahar over the 710. passaround prooved that one lol. doesnt mean i wouldnt buy the 710 of course, but the Lahar is better. but i digress.

tip of advice...Tom will want you to send in the blade only. there is a stop pin in the handle. you can not take out the pivot and just pull the blade out. it just wont work. you need to dismantle it (which of course is easy to do lol), but be careful with the screws on the handle. if you use the wrong torx bit, they will strip like crazy. Tom went through heck to get the thing out (if you referance me, offsetlover and the stripped screw Lahar, then he will know what to do in case you run into any problems lol . it involves a drummel lol). if you can avoid our worse enemy, the stripped screw, then you will be fine. he did an amazing job on my Lahar (reground to the .010 edge, hollow ground) and it IS a folding razor.

I figure the knife is sharp when i can whittle hair while it is still on my arm lol

you definatly wont be disapointed! and for the price Tom charges, you really cant complain

I got impatient waiting on the Lahar, so I ordered a ZT0200 from newgraham last night. I might send it to Tom Krein instead of the Lahar. I will see when they both get here which one or both I will send. Just an update.

I know, Kershaw needs to put a different type of warning label on their knives. Instead of "careful, sharp blade" they should put "warning, highly addictive" I can't wait to recieve my ZT, I even upgraded the shipping so I could have it sooner.

I recieved the Lahar today. I am really impressed with it overall. It actually isn't in that much need of being kreined, but I may send it to him anyway. I already sent him an e-mail. Now I am anxiously awaiting the ZT so I can send them in. It had better hurry, I am eying that 710 again. Maybe next week.
