Please I need your help !

To the OP, put that knife in a shadow box or on display and find a different knife to carry and use is my advice.
 
When you get the new knife, you could always order a slipjoint knife sheath to help keep it from wandering off. They make them for your belt or your pocket, some even have pocket clips to keep it more accessible and secure. It would protect the knife too. Glad you found a replacement, the universe works in mysterious ways sometimes.
 
I FOUND IT !!!!!


This was the key, as I knew it was probably French I looked it up in our local facebook market place and spot on it was the first result.

I'll contact the seller and try to buy it. I'll give you a final update whenever I receive it.
