I have a mint condition three knife set with walnut case. It has a card inside signed by Pete Gerber that says The Presidents Collection. The metal is engraved with stag grips with Portland address. Any info and appraisal is appreciated, thanks, Ted
 
Wish I could be of more help- you might try posting this at Bernard Levine's forum. Also, I can't remember the details but I have seen posts in the past from a fellow who had an incredible collection of Gerber products and an amazing amount of knowledge about them. I found Gerberguy's web site by accident when I was looking for Gerber's site. It so happened that I had a question regarding some Gerber boot knives, so I e-mailed it to him. This was a couple of weeks ago and I haven't heard anything back yet. He does seem to have an impressive collection, if you go by what's pictured on his site.
