Please Mod my Waki

I was hoping i could get hooked up with someone skilled and willing to modify the handle of one of my Waki swords. i just want to snip about four inches off the back end. i would like it to look professional which is why i am not doing it myself with a hacksaw.

maybe get it stripped and bead blasted, convexed, custom scales???
