I am looking for a Rescue Survival or Tactical Knife that I can Private Label and brand with my own label with these features:

Fast Response, Assisted Opening Liner Lock Folding Knife
Easy to open, Easy to close
Schrader Blade
Glass breaker
Safety belt cutter
Pocket Clip or a Holster w/ belt lope or clip
Comfortable handle
