Please recommend me a multi-tool with these features

Please recommend me a multi-tool with these features:
2 to 3 ounces in weight

Pliars (good- strong)
file (for metal)
philips screw driver
screw driver
(can and bottle openers would be nice but not essential)
Maybe a saw( optional)

Your weight limit is keeping you in Keychain tool territory. Leatherman P4 is a decent tool as is the SOG Crossgrip.

If you want a saw you're going to have to bump up to a 4-6 ounce limit.

I forgot to say I want a metal saw not a metal file.
I can live with 4.5 ounces
Drop the wood saw
Can you think of something?

I can't think of a small multitool with a metal saw. perhaps you are better off building your own custom tool chain. countycomm has a saw small enough to be used on a keychain. http://www.countycomm.com/seresaw.htm perhaps a leatherman juice complimented with the countycomm saw?

Off the top of my head the only multi near your weight limit MP600 Pro Scout comes with a saw-blade holder that will accept small metal jugsaw blades. Looks like that one weighs almost 8 ounces though.

Best bet would be the smaller countycomm saw linked earlier.

given the life span of metal saws, I'd recommend a stand alone saw, that way you reduce cost, and can replace it after use so that you know its good, not fighting with a half dead blade because of all the other stuff attached to it. Didn't gerber do a replaceable blade saw for a while?
