Truthfully - I have taken a lot of trade/sale discussions off board as I like being here and I am not going to get caught up by the RULES. And this is a shame for many reasons - but much transaction transpariency will be lost as well.

And backroom shady deals will occure :eek: ......

I noticed this too. And do not feel the pull towards it as I used to. I hear digital crickets and the howling wind in the background.

Now excuse me while I go check the "For Sale" forum for some INFI! :D

Thanx Gunsite! Now I see.....

I am basically, "whatever" kinda attitude towards this. But no wonder ppl will complain because it truely sounds stupid :mad: There are a lot, i mean A LOT more Spyderco and Benchmade are selling, i don't see them put Spydi and Bench on sub selling forum. Why pick on one over another? I understand why some will be offended, does feel a bit discriminating.

Whatever.
 
I may not be a Southern gentleman, but I hope I am at least a Western gentleman (born in CA).

I've always treated my hosts with respect when I'm in their house (and even when I'm not!). Why should this be any different?

If I do suffer an attack of Senioritis, I shall take my medicine gamely.:D

Of course, despite my apparent agreement -- I must still blame Porkerson!

EDIT: I have been PMing, e-mailing, etc. since the new rules were posted. Yes, lots of folks haven't even noticed the new rules yet.

However after speaking/reading some of what the mods have said it is a bad analogy ---

Better:

Their Band - their dance. Im just here to pick up chicks. (metaphorically speaking)

So I pay their fee.

I like the secondary market. They make it available.

Membership is a inaccurate word for this relationship.
