please tell me about removing rust

Steel wool with some oil works great and will not change the blade finish as much as the green 3m pads or sandpaper. There is a gun cleaning product called Blue Wonder that I find really works well on surface rust and such. I have recently started using another of their products called Armadillo on my Khuk's and doubt rust will ever be a problem again. It is a lot like car wax in that the blade is nice and polished, water beads up and runs right off.
