Here is the latest one that I forged from one of those old horse-drawn spring tyne cultivator blades. This is some more tuff steel.

Forged Spring Tyne Cultivator Blade Steel
Walnut Handle Scales
Stainless Handle Bolts
Sheath Included
OAL - 8 1/8"
Blade Tip to Handle - 3 3/4"

This one is SOLD

Thanks for looking............. Robert

I have one of these and the angle on that blade makes it very efficient. A really good knife- seriously good steel!

How does it compare to say regular 1095? Thanks

Although I have never had the steel analyzed, I have been told that it is probably a 10XX steel, and probably around 1080-1085. I know it makes a tuff blade. That steel had to be tuff to dig for years in rocks and dirt on a farm.
