PM help

Hi All,
I have 3 PM that were sent to me. But the messages do not show up in my in box. What am I doing wrong?

At the top right of your screen there is a link for your private messages you can click that or click user CP at the top left of the menu bar then click list messages.

You may have public messages which are under your visitor messages if you do not see them in your Private message page.

Thanks Bastid,
When I click on the on the "list messages" button I get a page that says "in box contains 0 messages". I have seen the messages once, then when I try to view the messages again I get the "in box contains 0 messages".
What should I try next?
