It might be just a glitch in the Matrix but it has happened twice for me today so I thought it worth making a note of.

When responding to a PM from another member, my response disappeared after I hit "Post Reply" - this has happened twice now, on two separate occasions. I have had to retype my response and then hit "Post Reply" again in order to provide a response.

I haven't had this happen before so it might be worth at least being aware of.
 
Might be a caching issue.
