Hi Sal! This past Saturday I recieved my new D2 Para Military. Thank you so much for making my dream knife come true!

My favorite handle material, with favorite steel tied with 30V and favorite grind and size. I have purchased two Spydercos since my first Military that couldn't dethrone my favorite. This D2 Para Military most certainly has knocked off the still great Military! It has now disapeared except for the black pocet clip into my OD green work cargo paints. This knife also has the highest degree of fit & finish I've seen in a Golden, CO made knife supassing my old inlay Vesuvius!

I just put an order for a D2 Para-millie. FINALLY !! :thumbup::D . I cant wait. Everyone has been raving about this one. Its my first Sypdie. I am so happy to join the Sypdie club. Thanks Sal.

:grumpy: I placed an order for a D2 para off of a online blade store almost a month ago (7-27-08) and it is stll in back order they said they should have it shipped by 8-25-08. The wait is unberable. Where did you order yours from?
 
The D2 para is a sweet knife, its up there with my favorite Spydies for sure :thumbup:

I first ordered from Knifeworks.com .. they sold there last one yesterday. I had to cancel the order, then I placed an order with thebladeshop.com .. They ran out as well, They said they will have a new shipment in by 8/23. So, I have to patiently wait. I will keep you informed.

THG yes I did and it surely isn't the first time. Stavrou0 it will definately be worth the wait, and welcome to our addiction! I read through the rules too fast. Is it OK to post where I ordered from? I ordered mine with a money order a week ago Tuesday and it arrived the following Sat. The quickest order I have ever placed!

:D That is the same store i ordered mine from, it looks like we will be waiting for the same shipment of D2s.

Just a little curious, did you go ahead and pick some cheap item $12+ so you good get free shipping? :Di did and for me it was a hard choice for something that cheap.

Well its not really spam so i see no problem.
 
hmmmmmm I sold my para a little while ago...hated the way it carried in my pocket..but foliage green and D2 is a hard combo to pass up
 
Well, I called for my order today, to check if the Para D2s were in stock. No Sir. They did not arrive, today. They said check back next week when the next shipment arrives. I will have to wait 1 more week.
 
Sal I sure injoyed hanging out with you and the Spyder crew at 03 Blade Show! If we ever straighten our selves out with this non crisis fuel crisis I hope to make it again! Stavrou0 and others I ordered mine through Sooner State Knives. I've now made two orders through them and to me they're as good as mail order gets! I've ordered a mess load of knives through BLKW and I have nothing bad to say about them.

Peter, thanks for the update. I just ordered through SoonerState. This time I called before I ordered. Hopefully i will get it by Tuesday.

:grumpy: Hopefully they will get the shipment on 8-23 (tommorow) other wise i will be pretty P.O.ed because i've waited almost a month for this knife. Oh well i quess ill just keep waiting.:(
 
I received my D2 Para yesterday afternoon. This knife is awesome. Everything I read about it was true. Laser Sharp, zero blade play. Smooth Action. Great handle and finger choil. Compression lock is the coolest. Foilage green is one of the best colors ever for G10.

Knifecenter.com has them listed in stock and I have always have best of service from them and very fast deivery. Not an add, just personal experience.
