Pm2 digi cam rit dye experiment

I really like it. I would have picked that over the green camo in a heartbeat if it were available when I purchased. May actually try some RIT sometime.

I really like it, looks fantastic! Does Rit make more than one color blue? I gave away some digi camo scales a while ago, now I want em back :-). I wonder how it will wear? Show it to us after a couple months of pocket time. Thanks for sharing, excellent job!

Hey Mike, thanks man.yes I actually bought 3 different color blues b4 deciding on the royal blue.they have denim blue, navy blue and a aquamarine blue.ill definitely do a follow up in a few months.

If you mixed blue and purple you might very well have had a Blurple digi. A very one of kind.

I think it looks great. I'm currently thinking about attempting to take my od green strider sng Lego to a dark green, but haven't committed to it yet. Trying to decide which green I should use mixed with the od green to get the desired result. Anyone have any wisdom?

For a minute I thought it was going to come out a purplish.the royal looks blurple in the pot.but once I rinsed in cold water.i got a unwashed denim color that I'm very happy with currently looking for some new dye projects.lol

I've done a few dye jobs myself, and I've noticed that the color I really really want usually gets left in the bowl. haha

That came out awesome!! I did the same with my delica a while back, it was originally gray.

Turned out quite nice. I prefer the original camo myself though.

where do you get the blue dye? Is it the liquid food coloring you can buy in any grocery store?
