PM2 titanium scales?

I did. The ones he has on his site say they are polished in the description....but the pics look to be tumbled. Both on the plain and textured models....both say polished. I wanted polished plain scales....but if polished textured can be done, that might be nicer.

As for Ripps....not sure if I care to drop $200 on scales for a PM2.

Darn....was hoping they had polished. Only tumbled.

Flytanium's "tumbled" is still fairly polished. It might not have that perfectly polished look, but it has somewhat of a polished feel, and tumbled will wear and hide scratches a WHOLE lot better than fully polished scales. Food for thought.

For sure the tumbled will hold up better. I was actually looking for a "dress" knife. Rather than carry one of my high priced Shiros for example when all dressed up....I figured I'd get a polished set of scales that look a little classy. Just an idea. If not, I think I'll grab a tumbled version. On the fence if I want the one with the engravings. I'm sure I'll get a better grip. I was going to get a complete knife from BHQ...but instead of swapping blades out, I think I'll use these on my jade M4 PM2. I love M4 but really can't stand the jade. Besides, I just got that knife back from Spyderco as I had sent it in to have it better tuned. It had some blade play that I could not get rid of...no matter what I did. So they tuned it perfectly now, it's much sharper and the blade drops closed with ZERO play. So I think I'll be using that one to put the Ti scales on...if not, one of my S110V PM2s.

It'd be nice to get a set of Fly, but every time I have the money they aren't in stock anywhere. Timing.
