Ive got a rare pneu-gun ballistic baton up for sale lnib hard to find.

Pneu gun is a baton that loads a bean bag round in side and uses a co2 cartridge to fire the round 300fps. A rare find w box and instructions .
Asking 175.00 obo

im sorry man Im not sure about the all states I know that with a ccw in wis it is for sure I would assume it would be the same in all others but its up to buyer to check laws and legislation before purchasing . all I know for sure 100% is its bad ass.

Because the Pneu-Gun uses a CO2 cartridge instead of a powder charge to fire, it is not classified as a firearm under ATF regulations. You would have to check your own state regulations to find out if they have any restrictions on this type of item.
