This is Linda's Macaroni and Cheese Recipe One of the Best I have ever had.
I love creamy Mac and Cheese.

Macaroni and Cheese (8x8 pan)
INGREDIENTS

• 2 Tablespoons butter or margarine
• 2 Tablespoons all purpose flour
• ¼ teaspoon each salt and pepper
• 1 ½ cups milk
• 6-8 oz. cheese*
• 2 cups uncooked macaroni
• ¼ cup bread crumbs
• ½ teaspoon paprika

DIRECTIONS
1. Place butter in 1-quart glass measure. Heat in microwave oven on full power for 20-30 seconds, or until melted. Stir in flour, salt, and pepper.
2. Add milk slowly. Cook in microwave on level 8 for 6 to 8 minutes, or until thickened (stirring occasionally). Stir in cheese, stirring until melted.
3. Stir sauce into cooked macaroni in 8x8 glass pan. Top with mixture of bread crumbs and paprika. Heat in microwave on full power for 2-3 minutes, or until bubbling.

*I usually use a mixture of Velveeta cheese and sharp cheddar but substitute whatever I have on hand such as gruyere for part of it or some bleu cheese chunks

Whoo-hooo! This is the first give away I have won....and it's a Yeller handled stockman with CV blades! Thank-you very much Anthony!

These past few months I started getting an itch for slip-joint pocket knives (I only make fixed blades) and been craving for a Case with CV blades....and now one is on the way! I'm pumped:)

Anothe fine one Anthony. Thanks for the chance. You are a generous man. congrats Bruce

I'd have played but I've already got a 3318. Just wanted to say thank you for your generosity Anthony and congrats to Bruce.

breakfast
can be as simple as oatmeal:
1/2 c steel cut oats
2 c boiling water
handfull of nuts
thick dollop of honey or sorghum
handful of dried fruit
simmer 20 minutes

or a scotch egg:
pat sausage out on a wide, flat disc
wrap around a peeled, boiled egg
roll in breadcrumbs
deep fry

or possibly a couple of these grilled over a campfire:

and congrats Bruce!

Congrats Bruce. I'm just betting that this will stay in your pocket for a long, long time. They grow on you quickly.

I love a good bowl of chili with some cornbread. I make some mean homemade chili. Favorite desert would have to be Key Lime Pie!
