Actually it matches the etched design in the bolsters , black in the scales, and black back spacer, but I appreciate your opinion anyway.

I think you upped your craft with this one Joe. Very very nice.

As to the black bolt head I agree with both you and akthor. The black does look out of place on the one side (I too would prefer that it match the bolster - but it's not my knife) though I see your point because I thought it too - that it picks up the black of the scales. Still, both sides have black in the scales.

No matter - that is a beauty of a folder!
 
Thanks RayseM, I can see it both ways myself, if some body wanted it that way its an easy fix , I'm good either way.
