Anyone have one of these?

What do you think?

I have one and it works a lot better than I thought it would. If you watch the video on their site you could tell they are cutting dead wood. While it won't cut as fast as the video, I was suprised at how fast it is. Also was suprised by how small it packs.

True. I also got a spare chain blade for a gerber gator saw III and rigged handles from steel rod and paracord. rolls up the size of a zippo lighter.

I just received my Pocket Chainsaw recently. It cuts green treated wood pretty quick. I haven't used it on anything real yet though. Packs small, for sure.

I got one of those. The chain blade kept falling apart. The rivets were pretty dodgy.

Burn, what do you think of that gerber? I saw on on sele at walmart the other day and was debating on weather or not it would make a good psk knife.

One of the better PSKs I have seen, burncycle.
The only thing I would add is a few more butterfly sutures, those pretty much saved my finger tip a few years ago.

I've been using one of these lately the past few weeks to take down some saplings in my woods:

The video they show is of a pocket chainsaw cutting a dry limb; it takes a bit longer on a frozen green sapling. Mine is an older version, 27 inches long. Their current model is 21 inches. $22.80.

I think it's great, a heck of a lot easier than trying to chop the tree, and it rolls up to fit inside a can about the size of a shoe polish can.

I have the saber saw and it vibrates your soal and is a workout on large trees but cuts well.

Better with 2 people.

SKam

The pocket chain saw works pretty well but my preferred saw is the fold up Svensaw. The pocket chain saw packs smaller and weighs less but I don't care for the handles. For me a rigid frame saw (conventional sawing motion) is just less effort to use when I don't have a powered chain saw.
When in the forest, I only cut dead wood (it burns much better).
Enjoy!

It's a decent pocket knife, I purchased it mainly because it was flat, especially once the pocket clip was removed. Utility is limited due to it's size though, but it's on par with something like a swiss army knife (and the locking blade is a plus).

Will do!

I also put one in my PSK. Nice PSK you have, there.

Thanks :)
