Quick little project I just finished up! From 52100 steel with Orange G-10 scales and stainless steel hardware. Nice hollow grind pocket cleaver. Just the knife - no sheath.

Cleaver is exactly 5 inches long with 2 1/2 inch razor sharp cutting edge.
