Pocket fixed blades

Ken- Are my videos really that bad??? :foot: Wait... don't answer that! ;) LMAO :)

I put the specs in the sale thread... they just slipped my mind on this thread, sorry. The OAL is 6" (other than wharny which is about 5-1/4") and all the blades are 3/4" wide and 0.100-0.110" thick (a few hairs under 1/8"). Total thickness is right around 0.340 on all but the wharny, which is the big fatty at 0.365. ;)

And for the record, I have tried to get Isaac to send me his sheath so I can fix that stitch^^^! :) That was an early effort with my stitcher which makes a lock stitch. Part of that was probably operator error. The hand saddle stitch won't do that since it's a double needle stitch.

I just carry the knife a lot.. On the front side of the sheath there is a groove for the stitching to become flush with the surface to avoid friction.. How come there isn't one on the backside? I like the aesthetics of it, but could there not be just a groove for the stichting? (Non groove side below) Btw. the stitching hasn't moved in over year..

Oops, I missed this... No groove on the back because it was machine stitched. I don't know of anyone that uses any kind of mechanical stitcher that puts a groove on the backside, mostly because you run a strong risk of missing the groove on the backside with the needle.

All
of my sheaths that are hand stitched have a shallow stitching groove put in on both sides of the sheath. :)
