Who else carries pocket fixed blades? I have a bradford guardian 3 and a Tops street scalpel 2 both set up with ulticlips to be carried in my pocket. I'm still kicking around the idea of buying an amtac northman. I have a couple of dawson's that came with pocket sheaths. I am not a big folder person. Give me some more ideas. What knives am I missing that would be good for this role?

My use is exclusively EDC - I've been carrying a Bastinelli Picoeur for a few weeks now. It's an interesting knife, has slightly more cutting ability than a keychain knife, offers much more control but takes up more space than than a 3.5" folder.

I considered the street scalpel but thought it might be too long. I generally carry in dress slacks or chinos. Anything with larger pockets and I just carry a bigger knife IWB.

The Mora Eldris, Cold Steel Mini-Tac and Spyderco Ark are all knives I place to purchase specifically for pocket carry.

It's my preferred carry. But... there are so many possibilities !
Here is a first choice :

I think I would but alas, carrying a fixed blade concealed in a pocket is illegal in my state.

Also a Fallkniven juni same ways!

Top picture- what are the second and third knives from the top? And the bottom picture, the topmost knife?

Also this reminds me that I do have a Perrin Le Bowie but sadly it is too small and uncomfortable in the hand to carry. I hope to one day have it modified for a more usable grip.

I live in the same state. I've tried it, and a pocket fixed blade works great for me. The same knife on my belt is legal, but not in the pocket.

Switched to an Izula Damascus from a folder about a year ago. Used to have it on my belt but I took the clip off and just carry it in my pocket.

I sometimes carry a fixed blade loose in pocket. It's quick and easy to draw. However, some of the convenience is lost on me because I find myself using two hands to resheath. I prefer to have the sheath securely anchored to my body for one-handed operation.

The smallest knife I carry this way is also the cheapest. It's the Tonife Squirrel, which is surprisingly good for less than $20 and has a nice sheath.

The largest knife I carry this way is the Real Steel Receptor. It's an amazing knife for the money, on par with a lot of the Civivi knives. It's comfortable to use and just the right size for a lot of EDC tasks.

I carry Drop Forged Hunter. Compact enough to carry in my pocket, beefy enough even for hard tasks. And it's heawy enough to always be felt it's here.
