Pocket gear organizer?

I have a similar issue. I have everything spread out evenly in my 4 pants pockets as follows:
Right front pocket: cheap cricket phone in pocket, tactical pen hooked on pocket
Right back pocket: mighty wallet in pocket, gerber knife hooked on pocket
Left back pocket: small mead note pad and hanky in pocket, leatherman skeletool hooked on pocket
Left front pocket: "junk" in pocket, maratac AAA flashlight hooked on pocket
I need a pocket organizer for the "junk" that's not too bulky, and I have yet to find anything slim that works.
I hate stuff in packs or on my belt, its too bulky.
The "junk" is as follows: a peanut lighter, pack of trident gum, spare keys, spare AAA battery in battery case, nail clippers, micro widgy bar, tweezers
what to do with the "junk"?
 
Bills urban wallet. Fits great in your pocket and it is very slim. I love Maxpedition stuff, I really do, but all of their pouches just stick way too far out. I always feel like I have this big, bulky thing hanging off me. That and it is all heavy duty material and very little space. That being said, I keep buying it. Just got a Condor 2 and it is awesome.
