I had Mark at Leading Edge water jet cut a bunch of shields recently, 400 to be exact. Really more than I needed. And two of them are almost identical. So I need to sell some. In the photo is a piece of ivory that I inlayed two shields, using both plates and a 1/16" high speed steel endmill. Ivory is the most unforgiving material to inlay into, because it shows bad if it's not a tight fit. This is the best quality water jet work I've used. Mark does great work!
100 shields, cut from .060" 416 stainless steel.
Two parser plates cut from 5/32" 1095 and heat treated by me.
I need to get $1.25 each for the shields and $35 each for the plates and $5 shipping.
Total for all, $200 shipped Priority mail. SOLD THANKS
Paypal to; info@sunfishforge.com
Thanks!
