S&R Knives in the Woodbine Center on Rexdale Blvd is really good and I have ordered several things from them online. I actually have a benchmade 943 en route from them. Another is Le Baron in Markham they are more of an outdoors store instead of just a knife store but again they are also good. Those are the only 2 I know of.

Lots of pawn shops at Church and Queen in downtown TO. Theres a pretty big antiques mall every Sunday at St. Lawrence Market at Jarvis and Front Streets. I'll message you with another place for knives as it may be deal spotting.
