pocket lightsaber (Your best cutting folder?)

Opinels
A bunch of Spydercos, Calys and Stretches leading the pack.
Griptilian and 710, BMs are underrated slicers.

Gareth Bull Warlock, FFG and extremely thin behind the bevel, a frickin' laser!

Definitely a Spyderco, and definitely a full flat grind. If I have to pick one, I guess it'll be my Military in Cruwear. It gets really sharp and just blazes through everything from heavy cardboard to sandwich steaks and mushrooms. It's a tough choice though, they're all fantastic.

Yeah gotta go with either my Endura 4 FFG or my Ares in S30v. They both just cut and ask for more cutting. Love'm.

I would say my small sebenza.

I polish the edge almost religiously on a 8000 grit. Also the bevel has been widened. It glides through cardboard like printer paper.

Actually, my GEC #42 Missouri Trapper... this likely has to do with the thin blade and geometry. That 1095 may not hold an edge as long as a Spyderco Millie, etc... but it is an excellent slicer. Same goes for the custom Buck 110 I have--that S30v's edge slices effortlessly.

and the cqc13 is no slouch either:

As the others have noted, a number of my Spyderco ffgs are fine slicers. Ones that come to mind are the pm2 in cts204p, the stretch in zdp 189, the military in cruwear, and the manix 2 in s110v. But one slicer that keeps finding its way into my pocket simply because of the blade steel and slicing geometry is my Benchmade 581 in m390.

Thin blades for the win. I may carry a Southard most days, but I have to admit these out-cut my usual thick-bladed favorites quite handily:

My best cutters are my BM 710's (D2 and M390) and my Gayle Bradley (CPM-M4). All three slice very nearly as well as the following picks for pure slicing ability.
The best slicers I have are (in no particular order, 'cause it's hard for me to tell the difference at this level of performance) - Cruwear Military, Opinel # 9 Carbone, VG-10 Endura 4, BM 480-1 Shoki (M390), Schrade 1940T Gunstock Trapper (1095), BM 550 HG (154CM) and VG-10 Stretch.

Well its not the best cutting but my Gerber Applegate-Fairbairn Combat folder sure feels like a pocket lightsaber. That thing is a beast; I didn't realize just how huge it would be when I bought it, but I like it. Its only 425m, basically 440a but I have a decent edge on it. Mine is an older verson without the roto lock but the linerlock feels rock solid, and I like the little plate where you disengage it. The nylon handles really do feel substantial in your hand too.

My Victorinox German Army trekker was probably one of the sharpest knives out of the box I can remember. At least I cut my finger with it right away haha. Overall my Byrd Cara Cara 2 is probably one of my best cutters just because it has a larger grind that makes it easier for me to get a really nice edge on it, and the blade isn't some weird recurve or anything.
