Hey guys. I carry a Hinderer xm-24 currently and would also like to carry a Swiss Army knife, a flashlight and a pen and have them accessible without being a pain or getting in the way of putting my Hinderer back in my pocket. Any recommendations?

I carry way too much crap:

Right front:

Car fob
House/work key
Wallet (Fidelo minimalist)
Knife clipped

Left front:

Olight i3t plus
Samsung Z Flip 4
Omnipod 5 pdm
Spare mag if I'm carrying.

When I'm carrying a pistol, I put my house keys in my med bag which I always carry, put the pdm in the right front, spare mag in the left front. I NEVER wear a belt, I hate belts, so a spare mag carrier isn't an option. I often wear cargo shorts, and some stuff gets put in those pockets.

You must be young and in shape. As you get holder, wearing pants that are loose enough for comfort, and expecting them to stay put where you parked them without an anchorage of some sort is... Optimistic at best, fringing on utopia 🤣
I'm 44 and overweight. I tend to wear Duluth flex pants. I use a beltless holster.

They say 40 is the old age of youth, and that 50 is the youth of old age. That means next year I'll be in the mid age of old youth.

Hinderer right pocket, flashlight+pen left pocket, and a small leather belt sheath for the SAK, or, if wearing jeans, you can carry it in the small secondary "watch pocket".

TODAYS EDC CARRY - no pouches needed. Shootout left front pocket with iPhone, Ochs Worx Solar Storm in the right front hidden pocket underneath S&W 360PD (with pen), SAK in small right cargo pocket with flashlight and earbuds, TRM Atom right back pocket with comb. Wallet left back pocket not shown...
