Pohl Force Knives, awesome Customer Service.

I've had two things I've had to contact Pohl Force Knives over and have been extremely impressed with their customer service, both by email and social media contacts.

The first was due to my not reading German, and google translate wouldn't translate what's on buttons you click on, I messed up an order from their website and ended up setting up payment where I was supposed to wire money to a German bank, which I had no idea how to do. I contacted them and they quickly set it up for me to use PayPal instead, and 6 days later had the knife from Germany in my hands.

The second was when I bought a Alpha Two folder off ebay, that the previous owner had lost the thumb stud attachment. They are not listed as being available to buy on their website, but I emailed them and asked if they had one, and could I buy one, fully intending to pay for it, or at minimum for shipping. Nope, I got a reply back within hours, that they had them, and would send me one for free, which arrived today.

In both instances, after my initial email, emails I received back, were from Dietmar Pohl himself, which really is impressive that he takes time to directly talk to customers over relatively minor customer service stuff.
