Hey fellas - I just picked up a Fiskars Hatchet today and would like to replace the "sheath" it comes with. I'd like something small and that won't get in the way like what it comes with. It really doesn't make a difference as to the material.

Thanks in advance.

I believe you can get estwing axe sheaths on line that might fit... I'll test mine out when I get home tonight

it fits but it's pretty tight...almost to tight to safely remove it.. unless you where able to manipulate the leather somehow...Are you looking for a belt sheath or just a sheath to protect you and the blade while carrying?

I checked out the Estwing site and only saw two sheaths. I really didn't care for them.

I'm looking for something to just protect me from the blade. I plan on strapping it to the side of my back, blade down - or put it in my pack. Not sure yet.

Nothing fancy, just need it to be secure.
