A few weeks ago I received my Gossman Polaris. Estela already did a review so I won't bore you with the details of the knife. I finally got a chance to get out and play with the new blade and she's a keeper!

Nicely done Jerry. You always get out there and test gear for real and it's appreciated here. Glad you like it.

I was lucky enough to pick this knife up on the used market from Jerry. It is a great looking design. Can not wait to get it out some. And Jerry was a pleasure to do business with. Scotts work as usual is top notch. Now to take it out and work it side by side with my Mini-tusker. The mini-tuker is my go to knife know. Will be intresting to see how they compare.

Enjoy CD. Kev's designs are very usable. The Polaris is a great field tool.

CD,

You have a great blade there! That one has the liners right? Very nice indeed.

That looks like a great woods knife. Im a micarta guy, but I bet some ironwood or nice walnut with liners would look wonderfull on one......Also a stubby version of it would make a handy knife.
