Police 3 Use

What have you used your new PE Police 3 to cut? I have had mine for about 1 month or so and have been to busy to try it out other than slicing some paper to make sure it is razor sharp.

I think this knife would be great to cut just about anything to include working with wood thats why I am asking the question to see what others have used it for.
