For our one year anniversary my GF got me a Spyderco Police. I'm pretty new to Spyderco knives but after I bought the Military over a year ago I was sold. Let me say this is a sweet knife....Its thin, has a great blade, rock soild lock up and I think its going to replace my Military as a carry knife. Its a bit heavier than the Military but the handle is the same lenght with a larger blade.

That is a very fine knife for sure - congrats on such a nice gift!
 
SWEEEEEEET! That girl is a keeper!!!! My GF got me the same knife (186v) for my college graduation gift! She actually got it stolen off her porch, but UPS or Spyderco took care of her and replaced it!

You know, that knife has not been on my RADAR screen up to now but it is starting with this post and I have you to thank for that! ;)
 
That is definetly on my to get list. The great pics do it justice and make me want to get ahold of one soon.
 
I just felt one up at a knife store today. I would have bought it if the price wasn't almost 20 bucks over MSRP:eek:. I have a feeling that it is going to be sitting there for a while.:thumbdn:
