Polish Nickel Silver

I have a lockback pocket knife with nickel silver bolsters that have faded inside a leather sheath. What kind of polish will bring these back to life and is safe?

Flitz. Makes em look brand new. Just make sure you use a clean soft cloth.

I agree with the Flitz,I use it all the time on all kinds of metals.A little expensive but works the best/and fast with no strong chemicals.

By the way you can find it in most Hardware Stores or Gun Shops.The tube lasts a long time,a little dab will do ya.

Simichrome polish or Brasso also do a nice job.Brasso is fairly inexpensive and is sold in many stores,I wish it came in 55 gal.drums

Thanks all. I have Flitz available for guns, just wasn't sure about the nickel silver.

I have been using Wenol metal polish on both my knives and my Harley Davidson. Great stuff, give it a try.
