By hand? Man... how long did that take?

For the knife, or he wheels? The knife took a total of something like 3 hours from strip to polish (add another hour for stupidity in messing up the patina - had to re-sand and polish the blade.

For my wheels, I did them over the course of 2 days. Cleaned them and stripped the clear coat one day, then sanded and polished the next day. Lots of beer was involved to make them look like this:
