Sure looks alot better than with the coating. Nice job. I'd be interested in seeing what you do with the grip if you change it.

It took about 2 hours to let the paint disolve, then maybe 2 hours with the dremel. it was done over a couple days.
The blade is a little rough under the coating, but not too bad. I mainly spent the time getting the surface to look even.
I have 4 sets of slabs coming in this week, should be fun to shape something a little more ergo, and pick the best look for this knife.
