polished zt clip?

Hey all, thinking ahead to my birthday and how I'm gonna treat myself.... Thinking a zt 566 bwcf, gorgeous as is, but then to get all shiny plain to lock ring, stand offs and screws... But what about that picket clip? I've seen custom version of the newer style clip, but is there a plain to/polished version of the style on the 566? Or could I sand off finish and polish the stock clip? Thanks for all suggestions and help!
 
I sanded and acid etched mine.
You could polish it to a mirror of you wanted. That's what I did to the clip on my 0562.


The heat anodization shows the mirror polish well.

My attempt at a splatter acid etch.
Fun but hard to get how I liked it.
