One of the worst knife cuts I got was from a partially deployed tip (Not a Hinderer) up while sliding my hand into my pocket Tip down for me

Ouch - that makes me cringe just thinking about it.

Tip up in my right pocket and slid all the way to the right so the spine of the knife is against the side of my pocket.

Yeah, this was an older SOG. I can't imagine having the same problem with my Hinderer. Obviously a quality difference
