POLL: XM-18 or SNG CC?

I would chose the Xm-18 between the two because I love flippers, if this one is a flipper. If not the it's a push to me and I would go for the cheaper one.

No contest. The xm18 is THE most solid framelock i've had.
I've owned a total of 5 XM18's custom and production and not one had vertical play.
Now, I've owned 6 Strider SNG/SMF half were custom, and the others production. All purchased from a retailer new and have came with, or ended up with vertical play besides ONE SnG. That's more than coincidence, trust me.
I love the way Striders feel/look and I'm now on my 7th one and waiting to recieve it in the mail. So I'm crossing my fingers on this one hoping theirs no play.

SnG, only because of the weaker detent on Hinderer's. I know they are designed this way, but I just can't love it. For what it's worth, I really don't love CC Striders. I also don't like the fact that due to the limited size of the Hinderer shop, they sometimes close to spa treatments.
I'll never give up Strider's, but if I could buy a Hinderer at LEO/first responder price, I'd probably have one. That is one HELL of a knife at the $400-$500 price point.

I have owned a SnG CC and Lego, but just didn't care for the ergos. As for the XM-18, if I don't have one in my pocket, it is probably in my hand.

I'm XM18 all the way. Striders appeal to me visually but the only one I've ever handled was nearly impossible to open one handed - cant beat a flipper.

I would second a Chris Reeve Knife, UmNam or Sebenza depending on size, if you just can't find an XM-18. But XM-18's surface on the forum every few days for 6 - 7 Hundred.
