A real beauty, ISKRA, are the stag covers original, or did you have it rehafted?

Originally it came with covers similar to Case's rough black, some kind of jigged black plastic. One side was pretty worn and uggly, which stopped me from carrying it. So I sent it to Glenn for a beauty treatment and now it's one of my favourite knives. :D

Thanks for the picture. It looks even sweeter open. It appears to have steel bolsters, probably steel pins and liner, a real "worker." No need to dig it out of storage, your picture shows it's Sheffield-made which is what I thought. A little "personal brain teaser." :) I'd hazard a guess it's late 19th century.
