is this site any good? they have Jags for 16.95. has anyone had good luck with this site? i want to get my first balisong, and 16.95 sounds like a good price
 
PopularLink, in my experiences a year ago, is really hit-or-miss in terms of quality, not worth their prices.

If you're able to use the search function, search for my username in this forum and look for threads about buying cheap balis.

My pick for cheap (read: crap) balis is DiscountKnives. 1SKS sells Jaguars for reasonable prices.
